Monkey Business

After a sub 50 min (49'57) 10km run on friday I settled in for a tough weekend. A late friday night preceeded the early morning start to catch the monkeys in Nagano. A 3 quid investment in a pair of Elvis sunglasses put a new spin on a long drive and then sit down dinner. A tea ceromony then japanese punk rock followed by a 3a.m. sack hitting rounded off sunday and I was dead at my desk most of yesterday.





The good news is that Brian is back in town. I will not lie, there is a level of concern that the running kms might fall as I will no longer be stuck in my appartment with nothing else to do. A good first test, but it is lack of sleep that is holding me back at the moment.
